Yummy Cinnomon Rolls!

I'm very picky when it come to cinnamon rolls and I found a recipe that I like a lot! I didn't follow the directions for the filling but i'll try my best to give you the measurements I used.

*DO NOT PREHEAT YOUR OVEN!*

Ingredients:
2 tsp. yeast plus a little extra
1/2 c. warm water with a pinch of sugar
1 c. butter (it calls for unsalted but salted worked beautifully)
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt (if you used salted butter add only 1 1/4 tsp. salt)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
6-7 c. flour

Filling:
Brown sugar (approx. 1 1/2 cup)
Sugar (approx. 1/2 cup)
Vanilla (1/2 tsp)
Cinnamon (? depending on how much you like)
Dash of salt

Start by sprinkling yeast over the 1/2 cup lukewarm water.

In a seperate bowl cream together the 1 cup butter and 2/3 cup sugar until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is light and fluffy.

Beat in the yeast mixture, milk, salt, 1/12 teaspoons vanilla, eggs, and 5 1/2 cups of the flour.

Beat for a couple of minutes, adding additional flour 1/4 cup at a time.

When dough is thick enough to start pulling together in a ball, reduce speed appropriate for kneading.

Add no more flour than necessary for it not to be sticky.

Knead by hand for about 15 minutes.

Transfer to an oiled bowl and turn to coat with oil.

Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free spot, until dough doubles (1 to 1 1/2 hours). While dough is rising, prepare filling

Roll dough until it is 12 x 18-inch rectangle.

Brush dough with melted butter (1/2 stick?)

Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon filling mixture.

Roll up dough from longer side[close to you], snug but not too tight.

Cut dough in slices approxamitely 1" thick.

Arrange in a pan and cover with plastic wrap and let rise 2 hours or util the look big, fluffy and delicious

After they have risen place them in a cool oven. Turn over to 350 degrees and start the timer, bake for 20-25 min
